General Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Eel Trading Holland and the customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Quotations and Orders

All quotations from Eel Trading Holland are non-binding and subject to the availability of the products.
Orders can be placed via the website, by email, or by phone. An order is confirmed once Eel Trading Holland has sent an order confirmation.

3. Delivery

Deliveries take place on the agreed date and location, depending on the chosen shipping method.
Eel Trading Holland delivers exclusively within Europe.
We reserve the right to extend the delivery period in case of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are excluding VAT and other levies, unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation and Returns

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
Since we supply live eel, products cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Liability

Eel Trading Holland is not liable for any damage resulting from the improper use or storage of the delivered products. The customer is responsible for the proper handling and storage of the delivered eel.

7. Sustainability and Quality

We guarantee that all products meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability, as described on our sustainability page.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights related to images, texts, logos, and other content on the Eel Trading Holland website are owned by the company or its licensors.

9. Applicable Law

All agreements with Eel Trading Holland are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
